About this resource
My Claude Code Setup is a project template with Skills, agents, rules, validation scripts, and examples for academic literature reviews, data analysis, papers, lectures, and reproducibility checks.
This page groups representative academic components by task; review the repository for the complete inventory.
Literature review and research planning
Provides Skills for literature-review work, research ideation, and data-management planning within a project repository.
- Typical inputs
- Research question and scope; Papers, sources, or project context
- Output
- A project-based literature review, research plan, or data-management artifact.
Best for: Starting or organising an academic project in Claude Code.
Components for this task

- Typical inputs
- Dataset, scripts, variable definitions, and analysis objective
- Output
- Analysis files, code-review findings, or a reproducibility audit.
Best for: Academic projects that keep data, code, and output together under version control.
Components for this task

Use boundaries
Limits and checks
Project permissions
Claude Code may make broad local changes when a task is accepted.
Inspect settings, keep version control active, and use the least-permissive mode suitable for the task.
Tool-specific setup
A workflow may fail or produce partial artifacts when a dependency is absent.
Run the official setup validator and install only requirements for the selected workflow.
Academic evidence
A polished artifact may still contain unsupported claims or incorrect citations.
Verify sources, calculations, quotations, and substantive conclusions before use.
More boundaries
- This repository is a whole-project template, not a set of Skills that can be assumed to work unchanged in any existing project.
- A workflow cannot run when its required local tools, source files, data, or permissions are missing.
- Review scores and automated checks do not replace disciplinary judgement, source verification, or institutional approval.
