Who runs this website

AI Labour Department is operated by Lattice Visual Ltd in London, United Kingdom. Questions about this policy or your personal information can be sent to [email protected].

What we collect

  • Your email address and anything you submit through the website, such as a Skill name, category, description, links, correction, or evaluation request.
  • Basic website usage data, such as pages visited, referring pages, general device and browser type, and overall interaction counts.
  • Request logs, error details, and other technical records needed to run and secure the website.
  • When you use free support, information such as the time, a first-party browser record, and network or IP information needed to enforce the 24-hour limit and prevent abuse.
  • When rocket payments are enabled, transaction details such as the amount, currency, payment status, transaction reference, and billing country. We will not receive your full card number.

Do not send confidential information, personal information about someone else, or anything you do not have permission to share.

Why we use it

We use information you send us to reply, review a listing or correction, maintain the directory, and handle a test request. We use technical and aggregate usage data to run, secure, fix, and improve the website, enforce ranking rules, and prevent abuse.

Where UK data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in running and improving the site. We may also use information to respond to your request, provide an agreed service, or comply with the law.

Who we share it with

Cloudflare provides hosting, website security, and delivery of submissions to our contact email. Plausible Analytics helps us understand overall website use. Stripe will process checkout and payment information when rocket payments are enabled.

These providers process information for us under their own security and privacy terms. We may also share information when the law requires it, when needed to protect legal rights or security, or during a business reorganisation. Skill repositories and other websites linked from the directory have their own privacy policies.

Cookies and browser storage

We may use essential first-party cookies or browser storage to remember that free support has been used, keep the website secure, and prevent repeated or automated activity. These records are not used for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions while we review them and for as long as needed to maintain the related profile, answer questions, or keep a record of our decision. Security and ranking records are kept only as long as needed to prevent abuse and investigate problems. Payment records may be kept for the periods required by tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and consumer law.

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. If they do, we use the legal protections required for that transfer.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or transfer it. You may also object to some uses of your information.

Email [email protected] to make a request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the website, our service providers, or the law changes. The date at the top shows when we last revised it.

One rocket costs $2 and adds 2 points.

Total1 rocket · $2 · 2 points

Rocket totals and aggregate revenue are public. Creators receive 70% of distributable net profit after payment fees, refunds, chargebacks, applicable taxes and payout costs.

You will review the total on Stripe before paying. There is no overall rocket limit; Stripe applies a technical limit to each checkout.
